Hebridean artist Margarita Williams DA (Glas) lives in her home village of Quidinish in S.E Harris where her Studio/Gallery sits in a beautiful setting overlooking Loch Finsbay. Her varied art works,using watercolour and mixed media techniques, reflect the changing light on the unique Hebridean landscape, sea, and the myriad wild flowers of the machair. Her work is held in private collections in the UK, Europe USA and Australia. Margarita is happy to converse in Gaelic. St Kilda has inspired her recent work, as has the technique of Japanese Woodblock Printing.
